Stephanie Anderton, Vicki's daughter, has completed both her Property Management and Real Estate Sales certifications from the Faculty of UBC. . Having both certifications allows her to service not only every one's real estate needs but also property rental, placement and ongoing management needs that you may have with your rental homes or investments.  Hiring a Property Manager to screen tenants, do criminal record checks & thoroughly understand the Tenancy Act, is a good investment!  For Vicki and I having Stephanie on board is wonderful. Prior to being licenced, Stephanie worked part-time in our Property Management Division at the office while taking her courses. She has been trained by our Property Manager and is fully qualified and experienced to help you with any property management needs you may have. Stephanie's attitude to work, her detailed mindedness, and the fact she learns very quickly is actually quite inspiring.

Vicki Wilson was licenced and working along side Rainer since 2006. Prior to real estate, Vicki was employed 16 years professionally as a paralegal. This past experience working for a top litigation firm prepared Vicki in drafting binding contracts and taught her tough negotiation skills. These are essential attributes to becoming a successful Re/Max realtor. She completed the Real Estate Exam through UBC in the top percentile and continues to attend courses and keep her skills updated. The feedback from her clients has been that they find her extremely hard-working, energetic, and a driven individual, always ensuring complete dedication and unyielding devotion. Vicki is now an unlicenced assistant with our team.

Success in life is as a result of building relationships with people and then honouring those relationships with sincerity, loyalty, and honesty. We would appreciate the opportunity of helping you realize your real estate goals.  If you are thinking of buying or selling, please give us a call.
